We use my Hermes tracked deliver for free delivery parcels. If you select next day deliver or order over £75, your order is sent by DHL next day service at just £4.50 (free over £75). We would suggest using this paid service should you not wish to use my Hermes. Orders are received 1-3 days after dispatch by my Hermes. DHL next day service is 90% the next day but could be the following day. Please place your orders as soon as possible as we are not responsible for any delays and this does reflect our customer service as delivery services are a separate business.
Dispatch is same day or up to 72 hours (working hours) during sale or busy periods.
International Orders are posted at a flat fee of £17 and we use the most appropriate courier service for your country. Usually First Direct. This is always tracked service but from point to point. This may take 3-15 working days but may be up to 2 months during Black Friday and Christmas/NewYears.
Postage is on weekdays only 9-5pm.
Eid sales, Black Friday sales and Christmas period can alter these schedules but we work to post out as soon as possible.
If a product is out of stock but due back in within 7 days, we will post this on social media or directly contact you if it is a next day or urgent order. Over 7 days and you will be notified before purchasing where possible.
If your order is late our customer services team will be happy to assist you further. We suggest you contact us to ensure the speediest response – we aim to respond within 24 hours of you contacting us on working days, however this may be up to 72 hours in busy periods.
If you believe your order has been lost, please contact us with your order number.

Corona/ Covid-19 impact on SNI natural hair care business
Like all other businesses, SNI has also been impacted. All international orders have been temporarily cancelled and we can not guarantee any time scales for UK delivery although all orders appear to be received within 3-4 days, next day deliveries in 1-2 days.
This is a difficult time for all people and businesses and we would appreciate your understanding and patience with response times and delivery times during this period.
Please contact us on email@example.com if you wish to return your unopened and unused items. Please note due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns and return deliveries will be discarded off for health and safety reasons. Should you need to return your items and have paid by Klarna, you have 14 days from receipt to do so. You must contact us ASAP with order number and reasons. Your reasons will not be disputed but is for feedback purposes. If you have paid by PayPal or Debit/Credit card, we are unable to accept returns.
