Directions as a Pre shampoo treatment:
Section hair in to manageable sections. Apply to dry/wet hair and coat hair thoroughly.
Should you wish to combine use with the SNI Hair oil, use this now and massage in to scalp and lengths.
Leave in for 10-15 minutes and rinse before shampoo.

Directions in shower treatment:
Use as a step between shampoo and conditioner. Spray thoroughly in to scalp and lengths once hair is sectioned. leave for 2-3 minutes. Rinse and condition.

Alternative methods to using in combination with the SNI Hair oil:

The Rice Water is to be used traditionally in the shower as a rinse, however if you do prefer to use before hand but do not want to skip using the Hair Oil like us, here are some tips, there is no right or wrong way but see what works for you!

– Use the Hair oil the night before, then use the rice water in the morning, a few hours before or just before showering! the choice is yours!
-Do the same as above but using the rice water spray at night instead of the rice water.
-Use the Rice water in your scalp and the hair oil in your lengths or vice versa! The night before or just before washing, the choice is yours!

Remember, if your hair becomes brittle, switch the way you use the product and/or use less of it to avoid protein overload.

Here’s a real rice water user experience using a rice water rinse.

After one minute: My hair already felt different. It seemed to have some sort of outer coating, or a thin shell, around each strand, protecting my hair as I brushed through it. Usually my hair is breaking as I work my detangling brush through my hair. But this time, my hair held its own.

After one day: The morning after my first rice water rinse, my best friend told me that my hair looked brighter and blonder.

After one week (approximately four washes): My hair felt thicker, fuller, and more manageable. I experimented with blow-drying my hair, which I NEVER do because of the instant broken flyaways that usually frame my head immediately afterwards.
This time? Little to no noticeable breakage. My hair was still extremely soft, but not in a feathery, light way — in a fuller and more noticeable way, like I had developed a partial mane. I wore my hair half up in a bun with a regular ponytail holder (I
usually always need to use scrunchies to prevent breakage, no exceptions), and effortlessly pulled it out, letting my hair fall as if it had never been pulled up.
